Operator due diligence
Deep verification of a forestry operator: registries, fiduciary, management plan, responsible engineers, DIFOR history, public registry cross-checks. 15-25 page report + oral presentation. Fee from USD 1,500.
Multi-jurisdiction legal analysis
Cross-reference of the Panamanian framework with specific jurisdictions (US, EU, LATAM) for double-residence tax treatment, optimal structure, and timelines. Fee from USD 800.
Press or authority briefing
Curated material with historical registry data, sector analysis, and oral interview. For media, international bodies, or regulators with publication deadline. Fee from USD 600.
Curated data export
For academic research or independent studies: curated extract of the 1979-2026 registry in CSV/JSON format with specific filters. Fee from USD 400.
Application process
- Send an email to editorial@panforestal.com briefly describing: objective, deadline, modality of interest.
- We respond within 1-2 business days with a proposal: detailed scope, fixed fee, and deliverables.
- If accepted, we send a simple contract + payment link (Stripe). 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
- Work delivered within agreed timeline. One revision iteration included.
- Full confidentiality. Results are not published on Panforestal without explicit client authorization.
What we don't do
- Binding individual legal opinion — that is the work of an attorney licensed in Panama.
- Intermediation or agency between investor and operator.
- Commercial promotion of a specific operator.
- Work requiring reserved migratory, fiscal, or notarial qualifications.
